How do I place an order on the site?
Add your products to the cart from the shop, enter your details and confirm: your order is sent directly, with no email software to open and no online payment. We confirm availability and send the invoice afterwards.
Can hops be sent by post?
Yes, provided your order does not include any malt. The rate depends on the total hop weight, from 15 CHF.
Can malt be sent by post?
No, malt is picked up at our warehouse in 1350 Orbe or delivered by truck (rate on request), it cannot be sent by post.
Is pickup in Orbe free?
Pickup costs 30 CHF, and becomes free for any order from 500 CHF.
Do you offer a preferential rate for large hop volumes?
Yes, via our direct hop contract: commit to a volume from 40 kg and get a reduced rate. See the "Hop contract >40 kg" page.
Can an order be cancelled?
ECKENSTEIN & CO AG reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, notably in the event of a stock shortage or reserved merchandise, see our Terms and Conditions.
