This malt is ideal for aromatic, strongly colored beers such as Lager, Allemande, Ambrée, Brune, Pale ale, IPA, Porters (for sweetness).
It produces beers with aromatic notes of malt and caramel, adds a very mild bitterness to the beer, extra body and aroma stability. Recommended blend 2-10% (up to 20% for strongly colored beers).
Packaged in 25kg bags, uncrushed malt.
